An in-depth phone consultation regarding YOUR
Web site, with specific information on choosing the best keywords, creating
great keyword rich marketing copy, ideas for better Titles and Meta tags,
and how to better link your pages internally and externally. These findings
are not automated. This is a complete analysis cone by very carefully
examining your site, its current rankings, and your keyword phrase options.
In-depth phone calls can usually be scheduled within two weeks from when
payment is received.

We will visit your site and write detailed reports on exactly what needs
to be done to achieve high rankings and make your site the best it can

Additional Services (available as line items)
- Link Monitoring: Inclusion in our link-monitoring
program to automatically verify the integrity of all the links on your
entire Web site including image, FTP, and dynamic links. Over 5% of
all links on the web are broken. We will monitor your site monthly and
immediate e-mail you a report when a broken link is detected.
- Writing or rewriting your existing content
for search engines and your prospects. If we need to rewrite the text
currently showing on your pages to incorporate your keyword phrases
for high rankings because you have no staff to dedicate to that portion,
we offer trained copywriters. We understand your company has a particular
branded tone and feel that needs to be reflected, we can either work
with your marketing department, create the content ourselves, and/or
train your writers in SEO writing, as necessary.
- Editing your existing content for keyword phrases.
In some cases Web sites may already be well-written, we can simply incorporate
the targeted keyword phrases, where appropriate. This is often the case
with high content sites.
- Comparative Analysis: Start your promotion
program with a report that details the exact factors your competition
is utilizing to rank at the top for your major keyword phrase. The Comparative
Analysis Report specifically defines the link reputation, keyword configuration

to 5 additional pages based on your keywords. This added optimization

- Link Building: The proactive development of
external links is a critical ingredient in your web sites classification
and ability to rank in the major search engines. Having the right kind
of links from the right sites can drive traffic as well as increasing
your link reputation (One of search engines’ major ranking factors).
With our link building program our team will actively recruit links
to your web site and deliver a monthly report on the activities and
progress of these efforts. This service is above and beyond the links
built from sites within our linking network and directory resources
as included in the Standard Promotion Package.
- Traffic Analysis: Analysis of your web site’s
traffic and referral sources will assist in determining the value of
all of the marketing efforts geared towards your web site. It will also
benefit you in the analysis of the effectiveness of your web site’s
structure, marketing, usability and navigation. The monthly traffic
analysis will be conducted from your web site statistics (web statistics
required) and will deliver a report to you based on our findings.
